About the Workshop: # Introduction to Rust

“In this workshop, we are going to learn the basics of Rust. Rust is a new low-level programming language developed by Mozilla that is memory-safe, concurrent and focuses on zero-cost abstractions. The workshop will introduce all these things with a simple example, as well as show what a proper working setup of Rust looks like. We will also give an outlook on what you can do with Rust and show resources to continue working.

We assume initial programming experience, but you don’t need to know anything about programming with static types or how low-level languages work. If you want, try to install Rust from [the website] before the workshop, so that we can avoid congesting the conference WiFi.”

How can I take part?

1. You need a regular Codemotion Berlin ticket.

2. Separate registration is required due to limited number of workshop participants – therefore please get in touch with Hai Anh: hng@newthinking.de.
